11 ideas on what to make sausages

18.06.2021

Sausages can make your evening special. And you don’t have to make a titanic effort to make it. You just have to have some interesting ideas and start putting them in whenever you want something tasty but simple. We’ve already put together a few ideas for you. Choose the one you like the most.

1. Burger

Who says you can’t use a juicy smoked sausage instead of a patty? Sure you can. Especially if you add a bit of green, corn, tomato, and fresh cucumber to it. Express meal for the morning or lunch.

2. Grilled sausages

It’s a great option for people who don’t have time to marinate fresh meat for a kebab. On the grill, you can also add fresh asparagus, mushrooms, and Bulgarian peppers — and voila, almost ready warm salad with a smell of smoky.

3. Sausage on the test

I don’t think anyone would be surprised by a regular hot dog, but a hot dog with a bun of puffy dough in it is. And try to add cheddar and a pre-cooked omelet and you’ll surprise even the biggest opponent of fast food.

4. Pasta with sausages

Bolognese sauce is cooked with ground meat. However, you can always experiment. For example, instead of mince, add grinded smoked sausages to the sauce. So the sauce gets a whole new flavor. Besides, it speeds up the cooking process, because you don’t have to waste time grinding the meat.

Sometimes there’s no time or desire to come up with something new and delicious. But you’ll always have time to boil macaroni and sausage. Then go ahead. We cut sausage rings, add pasta to pasta, pour it over with a sour and sweet sauce (you can buy at the supermarket the day before), sprinkle green as an aesthetic decoration, and here it is —  the simplest but tasty dinner is ready.

6. Village-style sausages

Of course, you can savor your favorite potatoes in a village and without any add-ons. However, you will agree that with juicy sausages potatoes will be even better. And add a tartar sauce or an aioli and it’ll be the most delicious dinner in the world that you won’t have to spend your evening on.

7. Bacon sausages

It’s an incredible combination — a juicy and fragrant sausage with crispy bacon. All you have to do is wrap the sausage in a bit of bacon and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. The appetizer fits perfectly with mustard or other spicy sauce.

8. Eggs and sausages

Now, this is no surprise to anyone, but if you add smoked sausages to a regular scrambled egg, a little kinza, and some smoked paprika — this combination could surprise you.

9. Taco with sausage

A little exotic in combination with our usual products. Namely, striped fresh apples, baked potatoes in the form of cubes, jalapenos slices, and some lime juice. This is an unusual filling, wrapped in a tortilla and tasted with a cider or just a fresh juice.

10. Ragu with sausages

This idea will be useful in the summer when all the vegetables are ripe, and in the winter, when our freezer is filled with fresh harvests. In a stew, you can combine everything: broccoli, pepper, cherry, corn, asparagus or beans, potatoes, or sweet potatoes.

11. Pizza with sausages

Of course, you can always order pizza for delivery and enjoy dinner watching the new show. But if there is a mood and 20 minutes of free time to cook something delicious, but simple, take note of the idea. Get ready-made dough at the supermarket, pesto or barbecue, sausages, some vegetables, and some greens. Dip the dough in sauce, fill the filling, and put 20 minutes of baking. The fresh-baked pizza is ready! That’s a fast and always a good idea for dinner.
