Ingredients

  • coriander seeds 2 teaspoon
  • olive oil 2-3 tablespoons

Boiled pork is a universal dish, served on a festive table and used for sandwiches. Only here the price of ready-made pork is big enough that translates this product into a category of delicacies. In the meantime, preparing it at home is quite simple, and it is much cheaper.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

Cut excess fat and film from the surrounding area. Puncture the meat with a long knife and, without removing it, rotate to form a small hole. Insert garlic into the hole. This way, stuff all the meat.

Mix salt and black pepper and rub meat. Grease with olive oil. Explain the coriander seeds in a mortar into a large crumb and roll the periosteum.

Tie the meat with a culinary twine to make the piece the same thickness. Leave to marinate for 3 hours to 2 days.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Put the precipitate in the mold and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 ° C and continue to bake until ready. Calculate the ready time according to the following formula: for every 500 g of raw meat – 20 minutes and another 30 minutes for the whole piece. That is, when you weigh about 2 kg you will need 2 hours. From time to time pour the meat with juice.
