The meat of turkey fillet is rather tender and has no pronounced taste, so it goes well with various marinades. We suggest trying a delicate marinade based on fresh tomatoes and sweet chili sauce.

Put the schnitzels on the work surface, cover with a food film and beat slightly.

For the marinade rub the tomatoes on a grater, throw away the peel. Mix tomato pulp with chili sauce, lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the schnitzels in the marinade and leave for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a pan with olive oil. Shake the marinade schnitzel (save the marinade) and fry for 2 minutes. on each side, to a ruddy crust.
Pour the marinade into a casserole dish and set on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. If necessary, salt and pepper a little more.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and mix with spinach and basil leaves. Sprinkle salad with lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
